A canvas print is produced by printing your image on a canvas fabric which is then stretched around a wooden frame and mounted on the back of the frame. This way, the fabric will cover all the edges of the canvas. For this to look nice from all angles when the product is hanging on the wall, it is automatically arranged for your image to be stretched around the edge of the frame. The area that comes to the side of the wooden frame and slightly into the back is called the folding margin. Because the outer edges of the image must be folded around the edge of the canvas, your entire image will not appear on the front.
In the creator tool where you design the canvas, the folding edge will be clearly marked by a dotted red line. It is therefore important to customize the cut when designing the canvas and check that all important details come with the inside of the dotted line.
