When you experience trouble when installing or updating our software, this is mostly caused by your firewall or antivirus settings.
Adjust security settings:
To update our creator tool software on your Mac, you need to enter the password that you use to log into your Mac computer to authorise the installation of the update.
If that does not work, please check the following settings:
Deselect "Allow apps from the Store only" (Windows):
You can find this option by going to "Windows Settings" ▸ "Apps & features".
Check the right box for "Allow apps downloaded from" (Mac):
You can find this option by going to "Preferences" ▸ "Security & Privacy" ▸ "General" menu.
