Based on location-information, date and time found in the photo files, the system automatically proposes different events and group them together. Each event will be named after the date it occurred, but you can change this by clicking on the “pencil”-icon placed to the right of the date/standard name under the event.
Photos that are missing location-information, date and time will not be added to any events. You will find these photos at the bottom of the timeline under “Photos” and “No date”. You can easily add this information at any time. Read more about adding photo information here.
